Terms of use

1. The service
AlloCathy answers calls that are forwarded to her, 24/7, in French or English. She answers common questions from facts the office has given her, and she takes messages. Every message is emailed to the owner instantly.
Google Calendar booking is configured at onboarding. It is not active before that step. When it is, appointment details are written to the clinic's calendar. There is no confirmation text.
2. What the service is not
AlloCathy is not an emergency service and does not replace a professional. She does not give medical, legal, or accounting advice, and she does not quote prices. In an emergency, call emergency services.
3. The client office
The office chooses which calls to forward. It supplies the facts Cathy may repeat (hours, address, general services). It names the address that receives the emails.
4. Price
The standard price is $199 per month. The founding pilot is $99 per month for the first three customers. There is no long-term commitment: you may cancel anytime, in writing via the contact form. Taxes may apply.
5. Website demo
The demo is a video hosted with the site: site/assets/video/allocathy-flow-en.mp4, also at /en/demo/. The site does not contact the call server and does not start a call.
6. Privacy
The privacy policy is part of these terms. It describes the information we keep, Law 25, and how the Gmail API is used.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use AlloCathy to harass, to defraud, or to collect information beyond the message needed to call the person back.
8. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care. A failure of the network, the voice provider, the calendar, or email can delay a notice or the writing of an appointment. AlloCathy is not responsible for decisions made from a message. There is no confirmation text.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Quebec.
10. Contact
Via the contact form.
